Lennar at Golden Orchard

I visited to see a home, fully qualified and within their budget, but the sales representative wouldn’t allow me to view it without my realtor present. I traveled from up North specifically to tour homes, and this felt discriminatory—typical of Lennar, in my experience. I won’t be purchasing from them due to this unreasonable process. No one else do this on the other communities here so I recommend you go to Pulte as they were a pleasure to work with. Also you have the city dumped area within striking distance, yikes! Keep your homes. 🤮

Community is pretty. Unfortunately we were lied to by the sales associate twice on aspects of the home (finishes and the HOA maintaining landscaping), spent months having an unresponsive representative which made the purchasing the home quite difficult. Tge company is very much "hurry up and wait" where they don't do their job until the last minute then expect speedy responses from you. I voiced these concerns with the company multiple times but could not be linked to a new sales associate. Oh and the HOA while being run by lennar also won't allow you to make changes to the home that they put in the model home, lol. I would not buy from lennar again, but at least the nightmare of incompetence is over.
