Ever since Sheila left the company, the quality of service here has completely gone downhill. The new management and maintenance supervisor do not respond to requests or fix issues in a timely manner. We’ve placed multiple maintenance requests, and no one ever gets back to us. On top of that, the property has become poorly maintained — there are ongoing pest and rodent problems that have yet to be addressed, despite repeated reports. When Sheila was managing things, she always made sure our work orders were handled quickly and properly. We never had these kinds of problems under her supervision. It’s really disappointing to see how much the property has declined since she left. Management needs to step up and take better care of both the residents and the property itself.

They removed my review because it was so bad but I’m back because i have a freedom of speech. They charge you for the most unnecessary things . We had a whole termite infestation that they never fixed. Their lawn mowing company broke my window and the fixed it 4 months later … AFTER I MADE A report to the city. The roof of the house is so piss poor iguanas have came inside the roof of the house and bred babies !!! It was a storm and caused two holes in our house it’s been about two months and they never fixed it . All of our clothes have been ruined from the flood and we have been forced to sleep out in the living room. Can you believe they charged us $100 for laying out WET CARPET FROM THR STORM that came in inside ? The nerve .

I have been dealing with the staff at Lehman Properties for 10 years and I felt the need to write a positive review for them. The office staff Sasha, Bruna and Shelia are very kind and helpful and always address concerns in a timely and efficient manner. I would also like to express my appreciation to the maintenance worker Jose for being so professional when entering my home even when I'm not there cleaning up behind his repairs They are the best! No where is perfect this is a fact but as you can see as my example for my apartment it is what you put in it. Thanks for being the best and working with me.

Everything was fine with the management group until move out. They have policy to inform them regarding moving out 30 days in advance which I did. Never heard back. My appfolio was on autopay. They charged me for the month of August even though I moved out and returned the keys by July 31st. They received the keys and have been avoiding my emails regarding my refund for the month of August and the security deposit. What horrible customer service. Especially when they have overcharged me before and instantly refunded. But NOW! No communication, im out now $2,720. I sent videos and pictures of before and after of the apartment making sure it was returned how it was given. No response….

They are incredibly professional, attentive, and always go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of.
