Legends Point Apartments

Lived here for a year could never get a hold of maintenance. Could never get a hold of property managers. They then evicted me due to Pet policy changes and gave me no time to move out and then charge me rent after my out date if I could, I would give this place zero stars.

If I could give it 0 I would. Water pouring in from 4 different places so far inside. One place was reported OVER A YEAR AGO. TODAY it’s right next to an outlet. Yesterday it was the bedroom ceiling and the window header. Called emergency maintenance today, no response. Called a second time, the operator said the last call about the first two spots pouring water hasn’t been ”updated”. Time to move!!

Tracy is amazing she helped me out big time and had me in a two bedroom within days of me contacting her. She also showed me multiple apartments at different prices that I qualified for which was very nice. I recommend any property that is under 5west management, they are amazing especially the refurbished ones. As for 5west staff I have no complaints at all they are caring in rough times and super nice just all around chill people! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🤘

A tent on the side of the road would be better than this place. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible complex and management staff from start to finish. Should have known this place was a red flag before we even moved in. We were lied to about our rent price when we signed our lease, and then the management company decided to inform us 2 days before our move in that the rental price was actually higher than what we signed for in our lease. They left us no options for finding a new apartment in such short time and forced us to sign a new lease with a higher rent price. And that's just the start. The Wonderful woman who owns this apartment must have been sent here from some other worldly force to help people who need it at their darkest times. I was nearly homeless with my child when she returned my call about leasing. I have no past tenant history and no one would rent to me but she took the time to help me apply and find a co-signer to help me get leased and move in. She is kind and respectful and has an extra large heart! This world needs more kind people like her and I hope nothing ever changes that. Much love to the team of Legends Pointe ❤️
