Legacy West

Britany in the leasing office was so helpful and accommodating. Very friendly and informative. She has a warm and welcoming personality. Made our experience at Legacy West very positive. I definitely recommend dealing with her.

This was the worst apartment that I lived in, overpriced and outdated, dirty hallways that stink, nickel and dime for everything, they never come for maintenance request, one trash bin that never gets emptied, management never responds. Avoid any Weidner or Legacy property better places elsewhere.

I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to Maggie at Legacy Apartments for her professionalism at her job. Her customer service is unmatched to all I’ve experienced from the telephone call I made to inquire, assistance with my online application, tour of the apartment, payments, and the handing over the apartment but most of all for doing an amazing job to get me approved to move in within 24hours. This amazing work ethics should be rewarded and should not go unrewarded.

Maggie was very helpful getting the apartment ready for my move in, she was very patient when I asked for the endless tours of every apartment they had available, and helped me choose a preferred apartment after I overlooked a crucial detail in the apartment I would have chosen on my own. Did a great job! I look forward to making this place a home 😊

My best friend and I were touring around different apartments in Anchorage, and were so glad to find one we like through Legacy! It ticked off many of the boxes we were looking for, and thanks to Maggie, was a smooth and quick process! We were looking to get moved in as soon as we could and the Legacy team went above and beyond to be able to accommodate us during a day they had limited hours. Thank you for making our search a breeze as were are solidly settled in! :)
