Legacy Apartments

We just moved to Legacy and LOVE our new community! Tonight was Legacy’s rooftop mingle with delicious wood fired pizza from Los Angeles Pizzeria Co! We felt very welcome by the manager, Alexandra and our many amazing neighbors! The 4th floor community space has a fantastic view of the sunset too which added to the warm summer vibes! Feeling like home already!

I wish I was not writing this review right now, but the management company who owns these apartments needs to be held accountable. For 'luxury' apartments where you are spending $2k+ per month for a one bedroom apartment, you would expect there to be honor in providing high-quality appliances. From Day 1 of moving in (January 2025), I have had consistent issues with the refrigerator and the washer/dryer combo unit. I am currently on my THIRD refrigerator as they kept swapping out other used units after the one I got when I moved in broke. For my washer/dryer combo unit, they have yet to replace it and it has been 4 months (this is my second used unit they provided me with). I was told multiple times by the property manager that I would get a brand new unit since I have been dealing with br

I went for a tour. The manager Alexandra took forever to open the door even though it was only 10 steps away. This company including the property manager are cruel and unprofessional. They don’t follow the fair housing laws. I applied for an apartment and they never gave me an answer as to why I was not approved. The lady at their corporate office said, “There is nobody here to tell you why you didn’t get approved and no one will be here next week to tell you. We just decided not to go with you.” I was shocked by her answer. I noticed 2 days later, the apartment I had applied for increased in price. The unit was originally listed at a much lower price than the market value. The manager mentioned during the tour that she “doesn’t know how long it will stay that low.” They could have told m

Beautiful place to live in the units are super spacious with all the amenities, the outdoor areas are beautiful to relax in. The manager is super friendly anything you need related to your apartment she’s always helping resolve it. I love it when the management does events in the building they go all out!!!! Overall a great place to call home!!

Just moved in and we are loving it so far. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped, management is prompt to respond to inquiries about the various administrivia that comes up during a move in and Alexandra, the manager is clearly interested in fostering good community in the space as evidenced by the sunset pizza party hosted on the terrace last week.
