I have enjoyed the process of purchasing my first Ashton’s Woods home with the assistance of Nubia! She was so pleasant to work with and always immediately answered my questions, even since moving in she has still be responsive in answering any questions and checking in! I love my new home overall and the process was a breeze!

My experience with Ashton Woods has been a 10/10 from the very beginning! Nubia is so pleasant & professional. She was very knowledgeable about the property as well as the surrounding area. She made me feel at ease & I could tell that she geniuinely wanted what was best for me. After seeing the property & talking with Nubia, I was 100% sold on it. Gordon was very helpful in making sure I was well informed during the loan process. He was readily able to break the numbers down for me whenever I had questions. He also assisted me in ensuring that I submitted the correct paperwork in a timely manner. Meeting Jake was such a breath of fresh air. I could truly tell that he takes a lot of pride in Laurelwood. As a first time home buyer, I feel knowledgable about all of the details of my new home
