Laurel Green Apartments

The experience with the leasing team has been excellent. I’d like to extend a special thank you to Megan for all her help, and also to Dana. From day one, they’ve been incredibly responsive answering all my many questions promptly and showing me the apartments multiple times to help me make the right choice. I feel confident that choosing Laurel Green Apartments as my new home was the right decision. I’ll be sure to share an update once I officially move in. I recently moved in and the office staff at Laurel Green made the entire process super easy. Starting from the application process, to getting renters insurance, to setting up my security entry code and getting my keys; they were amazing. I was even able to take a peak at my apt (the day before I moved in) so I can take some measurements. Great experience so far. Hopefully living here will be just as nice. Update: I've been here now for 2 months now, and the ladies in the office are amazing. Any issue is taken care of within 24 hours. The maintenance people are also wonderful. My neighbors are quiet, polite and respectful...

We are so happy here. The complex is set back and private and quiet and beautiful, but also so close to everything we need. The staff is amazing, the clubhouse is gorgeous, the pool and gym are amazing, they keep the grounds and building so clean.... such a beautiful, safe and upscale community with an affordable and reasonable rent. We love it here and would 1000% recommend living here.

I lived in laurel green for the past year and Ive never had issues with my apartment. The office staff have always been very helpful in answering questions in person and through email very quickly. I never had any issues with hearing neighbors as the walls retained a lot of sound. The only "negative" I can think of is the ongoing construction but the noise never carried into the apartment and I was in a front facing unit. Overall I had a pleasant time living here and would recommend it to people as its in a nice location close to a lot everyday stores and such.

I’ve been living at Laurel Green for many years and I’m very happy to call it home. I love it here…My particular building is very quiet and the community here is peaceful and most ppl are friendly. Because of the quality of appliances I personally haven’t come across many issues but the small things maintenance has always taken care of immediately. Over the years Brianna and Dana have been and continue to be AMAZING! They are always there to field any questions or concerns you may have to keep Laurel Green a safe and comfortable community for everyone.
