This community was an extremely disappointing place to live. My husband was racially profiled by staff, and when confronted with the facts, management attempted to deflect responsibility rather than address the issue professionally. Although the property markets itself as “luxury,” the experience falls far below that standard. Basic amenities are lacking, enforcement of rules is inconsistent, and management appears to selectively target certain residents while allowing others to bypass community guidelines altogether. It creates an uncomfortable and unfair living environment. Parking is another significant concern. Do not move here, the influx of good reviews 3-4 months ago is because they sent out a community text incentivizing tenants to leave high reviews because their rating was too low. Awful property management to deal with. Maintenance did do great during the time I lived here but the office will keep your security deposit and send you an additional bill no matter how clean the apartment is when you leave. Lease agreement says nothing about a professional cleaning being required when you leave, just that it needs to be returned in the same condition. Then they’ll keep your entire deposit and send you a bill based on that non-disclosed policy. I called them to dispute this and they did not respond at all, they simply sent a collections notice. From the very start, Cynthia (onsite manager) was extremely informative and prompt. The pool was beautifully remodeled, landscaping is in top shape, and it's a place my family feels comfortable living in! Thanks

we’ve been here for almost 2 years now and it’s been a great experience. we originally lived in a 1x1 apartment and when we felt ready to move into a bigger unit here the office ladies were great with helping us transition into our new apartment. the process was very smooth and we were able to upgrade sooner than we had originally thought. we’re now starting to grow our family of two into three and we’re very glad to be doing so here. it truly feels like home. the office ladies are fantastic and have always been quick to assist us with any concerns we’ve had. they also always follow up which we greatly appreciate. maintenance is also fantastic and our work orders have always been completed quickly, and if there was ever a wait for something they always communicate with us. all of the staff
