would not recommend this property management company. I have serious safety concerns that have gone completely unaddressed. My front door would not properly close, which is a major security issue. I submitted a work order, and it has now been over 30 days with no response and no repair. Being left in a unit that cannot be secured is unacceptable. I had to pay for someone to come and fix it so the home could be secure. Communication with this company is horrible. Calls and requests go unanswered, and there is a clear lack of professionalism. There is no sense of urgency, even when safety is involved. This includes the office staff as well as the owner, Jordan. Laureate has done an exceptional job at managing my rental. There are in touch quickly when there is a problem and arrange repairs rapidly. The best thing I can say is that I just don't worry about the property.

Laureate LTD is a reliable property management company. I have been renting from them for the last 6 months and I could t be more thankful for such an amazing group of people. I am loving the home I am currently renting from them. They were so accommodating and worked out a reasonable monthly rental rate and lease terms that fit my situation. They are so attentive to details and reach out to me with reminders if I forget to pay a utility bill. Jamie showed me the house initially, she was so very kind, professional, and friendly. Laureate has done a great job managing my properties and addressing the issues as they come up. I would highly recommend them if you have properties in the surrounding Denver area and don’t have the time to manage them yourself. 5 stars for sure !!!!
