As a new resident at Las Palmas, I immediately felt at home thanks to the friendly and helpful leasing team. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond to make my move-in experience smooth and stress-free. I was scheduled to move in on September 25th, but my UPS furniture packages arrived a day early on the 24th. The leasing team stepped in right away and personally carried the packages safely into my apartment, not just once, but three separate times as deliveries arrived throughout the day. Their care and dedication truly impressed me. On move-in day, when I came to pick up my keys, I had the pleasure of working with Nicole. She was extremely helpful, warm, and supportive. Nicole spent time with me setting up my utility accounts to make the process easier, and she followed up

Benardo from the Irvine Company is an outstanding service technician. He is kind, patient, and genuinely caring in every interaction. He never rushes through a job; instead, he takes his time to make sure every issue is fully resolved before leaving. His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way truly stand out. Benardo consistently goes above and beyond, and his work makes a noticeable difference. Just wanted to let LPAH know that Bernardo from maintenance came and took care of the problems in our apartment. He is a caring nice man beside doing his work professionally. And Philip in the office is acourteous and friendly , does his job right . Everything usually is A OK 👍🏽 👌 here at las palmas. We've lived here happily for the past five years now. 🧡💛🩵🙏

Las Palmas Apartments has been the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Almost every single day, I am blocked in by either a vendor or another resident’s vehicle, and despite repeated issues, nothing has changed or been resolved. The property is consistently dirty, especially around the trash areas. We even found broken glass scattered in front of our garage. Management confirmed they cleaned it all up, unfortunately there was still glass left behind, which ended up popping our tire. This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend living here.

Thank you so much to Bernie on the maintenance team who came to fix a loose shower handle. He not only fixed that issue but also checked the rest of the bathroom for anything else that needed a fix up.. he went above and beyond. Very friendly and easy going.
