Lantana at Cypress Cay

Lisa Britt is hands down the best leasing agent ever. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She toured me through any apartment I wanted and was always patient, knowledgeable, and ready to answer all of my questions. She truly understood my situation and how quickly I needed to move in, and she went above and beyond to work with me and get me the best possible option. Her communication, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process so much easier and stress-free. I’m extremely grateful for everything she did for me, and I’m so excited to officially be part of the Lantana family, all thanks to her. Highly recommend working with Lisa if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares!!!

We lived in 2 different apartments here from 2024-26. Both times I received my full security deposit. I loved the amenities, especially the pool and gym. Both were spacious and well maintained. And if you ever need anything go to Jasmine, she is amazing!!

Living at Lantana has definitely had its ups and downs. I moved into Lantana in July 2024 after touring and signing in May 2024. The leasing process was easy, and there were many new, never-lived-in apartments to choose from. After moving in, it was difficult to contact anybody that worked there or managed the property, and have had to call several times to get in touch with the office. Once you get in touch with someone, they are usually very helpful and nice to speak to, though. In terms of the actual apartment, it is nice, although definitely made fast. I have several areas that have bumps in the floors, or glue left on the walls. I have also had a large problem with bugs ever since I moved in in 2024. One of the only good things about this apartment complex is Ruben in maintenance. He is attentive, friendly, and has made me feel welcome since day one. He treats residents like friends, and his work makes a real difference. If he hasn’t gotten a raise yet, he should because without him, this place would have quickly went downhill. Ruben has definitely made a positive impact on our living here

Horrendous management since Kevin left, music playing at all hours of the night and maintenance after hours has no way of turning it off..When I had to move out I was stung by a bee on the balcony and hospitalized hence I couldn’t clean out the apartment- instead of them having an ounce of humanity and empathy they were quick to charge me for a clean out- instead of allowing me to come back and clean it my self. Thinking about moving call the office and see if anybody answers… They will respond to this with call us but for what you all never answer! FOH don’t do it! I was very happy to move and I always had my rent paid two and months ahead ahead of time.
