Lansdowne House Apartments

Maintenance did a great job and we appreciate the help from you guys, thanks peace, and blessings.

Lived in our unit for over a year, within the first week of living there had our car STOLEN from our parking spot.. 😑 reported it to the manager and they told us it wasn't their problem.. had issues in our unit with the dryer and they sprayed WD40 into the dryer to "fix it" which then made the problems worse.. we went without a dryer for a couple months waiting for them to replace the dryer.. had our oven start to shoot sparks out of it, they replaced it with a DIRTY and USED oven dated back from the 1970s that had 2 out of the 4 burners work on it.. then to put the cherry on top our unit was infested with cockroaches, I continued to let the office know they sent "pest control" out and it never solved any problems. They just set out sticky traps 😑😑

Lansdowne apartments is a great place to live. The application and moving in process was so easy. The ladies in the office made the transition seamless and is always open to help if needed. Great living space at an affordable price! Only thing I would change is more visitor parking but I know that's not always easy to accomplish. Friendly atmosphere and great neighbors!

Everything at Lansdowne was been great! Eden and Maria in the office are amazing and so accommodating. I moved from across the country and they made the process so smooth and worked with me throughout the whole thing. The complex is clean and quiet.

I have lived here for almost a year and i absolutely love it! Friendly and great staff! Whenever something is broken they always fix it right away! This is my first time ever living in an apartment and i absolutely love it! I love the community we live in as well I have found my forever home
