The people who live here are friendly and have formed a community atmosphere by holding lovely social events. The size of the apartment is great. When I moved in, the stove was not level and it remains that way. The appliances are the lowest priced ones available. An issue with a fire alarm took forever to fix with the alarm going off several times a week, until finally resolved. True maintenance issues are usually addressed in a timely manner, however, the overall maintenance of the grounds and hallways is not great at this time (a lot of litter on the grounds, the floors are not always as clean as one would like). It's a very nice place. I like that there isn't a lot of noise and the building is well kept. I like it so much that I moved in.

I have been here for two and a half years, I can say I am very happy, it’s clean and quiet 🤫. The only thing that would make it better would be a gym. Thank you

It hasn’t rained in over a month, meaning the grass is basically brown. Yet they keep paying someone to come and cut the grass… Or lack thereof. Seems like it would be better to spend that money on having some native bushes and trees put in that will help keep moisture in the ground, so there might be an actual reason to run a mower all summer. Editing to add that they’re already mowing this year and a big reason my family chose to live here was because of the beautiful field of flowers full of birds and butterflies outback. Since they can’t have a garden anymore. Now it’s turning into a dirt field because the grass is being cut so incredibly short week after week. And the birds and butterflies (and probably tons of other creatures, they even saw a big turtle back there once), now have

I enjoy my place because it is quiet and peaceful. Nobody bothers me at all
