Landmarc Custom Homes

I built my first custom home with Landmarc this year (2017)! We had a great experience with the builder and the realtor/sales team. Jennifer was awesome, she treated us like long time friends and made sure we got everything we hoped for! Tim and Logan were very receptive to our questions and concerns along the way. The process was so fast, the house was done in about 5-6 months. We also loved working with their designer, Lonna. They are a great team and I would definitely build again since I had such a great experience.

My husband and I moved to Arkansas 1.5 years ago and purchased a new Landmarc home. With any new construction home, there is a punch list - totally reasonable. What is UNreasonable is the rigamarole that we have continued to go through to try and get things repaired that were otherwise covered by warranty or on the punch list from the walkthrough we did BEFORE we closed. Our fireplace has never worked since the day we moved in, our master bathroom literally has two paint colors on one wall running into each other because the wrong colors were used, a loose toilet on the floor that was “repaired” after we moved in still isn’t repaired, bathroom light fixtures weren’t anchored and are falling off the wall, our master bath tile job is horrendous (and this was confirmed by someone who came to

Landmarc is amazing!!! They were so helpful. Not only did they return calls, they kept us on task to get in our home earlier than predicted. The entire staff was very informative! They did a lot of hand holding with us and they made us feel that they were happy to do so. I have recommended them to all my family and friends and three of them have built with them so far and are just as pleased as we are! It took the builder, more than four (4) months to complete contracted punch list and inspection report repairs. While it took repeated contact with the site supervisor and company owner the standard answer is, "call our subcontractor to have it repaired or replaced." This might make it easy on the builder, but as a busy professional, it was difficult to try to manage their schedules. Once the issues were escalated to the owner himself, the repairs were completed timely and to my satisfaction. During the repairs the owner did site inspections and after close inspection the he admitted some of the finishing work was 'sloppy' in areas and apologized for the inconveniences we had dealt with. We built our house 3 months back with landmarc. Entire team at landmarc are very good and knowledgable people to work with. I would like to thank chris, lonnna, Colby and raymond for there help through out the construction process.
