The lady who runs this place, Rena, is extremely rude. The first time I spoke to her was over the phone and she had the worst attitude ever. She didn't want to answer any questions I had. Went out of her way to just be disrespectful in all ways even though I had just spoken to the home owner and was informed that Rena knew I'd be calling to rent the home. Once in person she was just blatantly rude and conducted herself EXTREMELY unprofessionally. She also takes houses in the absolute worst areas of flint and rents them way higher than the surrounding homes that are being rented, just so she can make a larger cut. I would not want anyone to deal with this woman on a monthly basis, let alone to attempt to rent homes from her.

If you are looking for a property manager for your properties do not go here. Unresponsive, did not solve issues tenants had been complaining about, and mostly unhelpful. Got a new property manager. Fixed an issue I had asked about months ago within a week and it was as simple as moving heavy stuff leaning up against a garage wall causing the garage to lean.

Do NOT rent from this company.... you will NEVER see a penny of your deposit regardless of the condition you leave the house/apartment. Also, under no circumstances should you rent from Amin Derak I rented from him through this place, left it in better condition than I found it.....both house and the yard...and he still didn't give me any of my deposit
