My family purchased a triplex constructed by Landed Gentry in 2023. We couldn't be happier with the experience of working with the company, from our first look at the property with Landed Gentry Community Sales Manager Jayci Shaddy to the final walk through, presentation of a binder with key documents we would need, to the appreciation we were shown following the closing. Even though we were not involved at the construction phase, the attention to detail is exceptional. Thank you to the Landed Gentry Team for quality workmanship and a great experience from start to finish.

It has been a pleasure working with the sales team Jayci, Krystal & Tony, designer Angela and construction manager Art. We appreciate their willingness to work with us to customize our home. It has been nice to have so many thoughtful decisions already made for us...we haven't been overwhelmed by too many choices...just enough to make it our own. Bought a new home April of 2023 in Cambridge Commons Lot CC36 512 Wellington PL Sedro Woolley WA 98284. This house was the last house sold in a very nice area. We have enjoyed the house and have had only one Problem. Our 7 smoke alarms require use of a 8ft ladder to reach each alarm and at my age I don't do ladders anymore. For the last year and a half I've been replacing batteries very often because they start chirping. I have to ask for help from a neighbor to replace them. I finally had enough and called a certified electric contractor to replace them. The electrician tested the one making the noise and stated there was no power source to the alarm. He checked all 7 alarms and told us none of the alarms were connected to a power source and that's way we were going through so many bat

Im honestly really sadden as they used to have a good names for themselves years ago. We purchased our home from them just a little bit over a year ago. Had an inspector come out before our year was up. Sent it off to them, asking for repairs ( all are reasonable ). "They" have almost rejected doing every single one! The guy they send out is awful and really tries to belittle what the inspector calls out at every corner. I was better off with my Quadrant home at this rate! I would not recommend buying a home from them, as they truly don't care about their integrity or those families who purchase from them. Its all about making a buck.

We selected Landed Gentry to build our home based on their great reputation. We have not been disappointed. We selected the 48 Degrees North Community and we love it. Our experience here has been great from the day we met Rita Grant who helped as we selected our lot and home, Art Shaw who walked the property with us to explain the layout of the house, Angela Crook who was amazingly helpful as we picked the interior fitments and Mike Lynch who was wonderful at “ironing out” the little fixes that needed to be done after we moved in. Since we were the 5th residents to move into the 30 home community we have had the opportunity to watch construction and walk through all of the houses as they were under construction.
