Grafton Place Apartments

Moved in for six months and had a great experience. The apartment had everything we needed, clean, well-equipped, and with a gym in the building. We always felt safe living there. Tamra, the manager, is amazing. She takes care of everything and responds to any concerns or requests very quickly. You’ll definitely enjoy your time there!

I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for our apartment manager, Tamra. Moving into a new building can sometimes be stressful, but Tamra made the entire process seamless and welcoming. From my very first interaction, they have been consistently kind, approachable, and incredibly friendly. No matter how busy they are, they always make time to greet residents with a smile and ask how things are going. What truly sets them apart is their helpfulness and responsiveness. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been addressed almost immediately. Tamra goes above and beyond to ensure our community is well-maintained and that all residents feel valued and heard. Lived here for 6 months, it was great stay. my first ever apartment and it was a great choice. apartment was very clean upon move in & Mrs.Tamra was & is so great! She’s such a sweet lady and always checked in on me. I also love how safe it felt by being only able to access entry with a key fob. I recommend this place to anyone ☺️

I’ve been living in these apartments for about 2 years now, I have never had no problems living here. Everyone is really friendly all neighbors are really nice and also the workers there especially Tamara she really helpful always with anything you need, she always answers my calls when I need something or my emails. She always in a good mood, every time I walk in the apartment lobby if she’s there she always greets you and ask you if everything is good! I love that when I comes to living here you feel more than welcome in this apartment complex. The appliances in the rooms are up to date really nice, my apartment also really nice inside.
