Inspire Homes of Northwest WA

My family and I suffered a huge loss during the flooding of 2025. We just really wanted to say thank you to the owners of Inspire Homes for helping us out so much with recouping our losses. They did not have to do this, but from the kindness of their hearts, the refurnished our downstairs on top of providing materials we needed. These are amazing and trustworthy people and that is who you want building your home. Thank you both again from the bottom of our hearts. XO Jess and Rob Knapp

Inspire homes has stuck with me through the whole project. I bought land with them, they took me out to several prospective locations before finding just the right one. Then helped me along in the design process, changing the floorplan to accommodate the location and my own needs! Then got me through a tricky building permitting with the county, which isn't something I've ever gone through before, but step by step I was able to figure out how to do it with Inspires help. And on to the build, which honestly is the fastest part of building a house! 100% wouldn't have attempted such a big endeavor without Inspire homes and they made what I felt was impossible into reality!

Building a home is stressful and exciting. I am not new to the experience and understand that things can and will go wrong. This group of people did a good job of taking care of business and listening to my concerns. There was a breakdown in communication between two of the subs which left my solar panels installed in an undesirable location, and a couple other small glitches but overall it was a good build. Inspire is building a quality home at a competitive price. I wouldn’t hesitate to consider them, my home is beautiful!

I am SO VERY PLEASED with my new Inspire built home!!! Being a senior/widow I knew nothing about building!! I had so many questions and made several changes as the building progressed. I love both my interior and exterior design choices and without the help of the staff I would be completely stressed out. I made so many calls, had so many questions and I ALWAYS got a direct response. This home is very well built with updated features and nice finishes. All of the trades that did the actual work, both inside and outside, were hardworking and very meticulous in their fields and never left a mess behind. We had an "unbuildable lot" and the Inspire design team showed us how to make this work. They did a great design and building job and project managers Sara and Barry were a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job building this house within a years time. Great job and highly recommended company to work with. I lived in another state during the construction and was updated with pictures on a regular basis to follow the process.
