Cascade Meadows Apartments

These are great apartments. Very clean and well maintained. A very quiet friendly neighborhood. Marissa and Sabrina made the leasing process painless and took excellent care of my partner, cats and I . The appliances are all nice and new. Can't wait to cook up a storm and share .

Management and maintenance teams have been excellent. Overall atmosphere at the Meadows is also outstanding. The only negatives have been a need for designated parking spots per tenant when some people apparently have two vehicles and take up all the close spots. Also the security doors are being left with the latches for the secondary door in up position allowing free access without a key.

Sabrina and Tim have been incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They've truly gone above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly for us — from quick responses to just being friendly and approachable. It’s rare to find property managers who genuinely care, and it shows in everything they do. We feel really lucky to have them here!

Tim, Sabrina, Victor, and Enrique have done a great job. They have made a community and environment I'm proud to be apart of. Operations and property are in much better shape than other places in the area

Just wanted to say a good word about Enriqué, the maintenance man. Had a problem with one of my heaters' fans having died. I let him know and he was there in less than two hours with a new unit, and had it installed and working correctly in mere minutes. A genuinely pleasant gentleman, and he IS a gentleman. He radiates kindness and the desire to help. A really excellent person, as well as an excellent and timely maintenance man. Superb help.
