Utter slumlord MGMT company. They'll get away with anything they can and you'll need to show them you understand renters law to get them to work. The main person I worked with, Jose, couldn't string together an email without at least one spelling mistake. This company is awful, their employees are negligent and incompetent, and all their tenants should exercise their right to property inspections to fix the issues in their properties. You only need to call the Boston/Somerville/etc property inspection and can request a full, thorough inspection. This is not legal advice
