Investor & Family Warning: Major Safety and Management Failures "A serious warning to investors and families considering the Juniper Collection at Lakeview at Grand Oaks. I was a serious buyer prepared to move here with my family, but our experience has been a total failure of professionalism. During a scheduled visit, a breakdown in site protocol resulted in an unnecessary police intervention. I sent a formal inquiry regarding this safety incident in February, and despite the severity of the situation, it has now been over 6 full business days without any response from management. For a brand that markets 'luxury' living, this disregard for safety and basic communication is a massive red flag.
