Lakeside at Coppell Apartments

We have been living here for almost 1.5 years, this apartment complex seems nice, but don’t let that to trick you, the apartment units are out dated, pest are a huge problem, in the apartment i currently live we have TERMITES in 5 year old girl room AND cockroach in the kitchen, and you will think well you have to do a better job cleaning, but that is not the problem, we clean 2 times a week and kitchen every day, take out the trash from Sunday to Thursday. My mom has an allergy to cockroach and mites, we have communicated this with the apartment complex, we have send pictures every time we kill a cockroach and every time the termites come out from my daughter closet, they send a notices saying the job is done but is never truly fixed or done. Lakeside apartments is a great place to live! Beautiful views, walking paths are right there, you can go out and walk for miles and miles with beautiful water and fountains! All the employees are incredibly friendly and helpful! Mark in the maintenance department is exceptional and goes above and beyond for whatever it is you need help with and always with a smile! I have been a resident here for four years, and my experience has been exceptional throughout. The service is consistently excellent, the team is professional and welcoming, and maintenance requests are handled promptly and with great care. I am disappointed in the overall lack of concern for public safety shown by the Community Manager, Jeana P. I reported a safety incident where a vehicle speeding out of this complex nearly struck a pedestrian and then proceeded to stalk and harass the pedestrian with their vehicle. Jeana did not seem particularly empathetic to the situation, nor did she express concern for a potential legal liability involving their residents/guests. Being told 'this has never been an issue in 17 years' is not an appropriate response to a near-miss and targeted harassment; it is a dismissal of community safety.
