#1420 DON’T MOVE HERE!!!!! Yes To whom this concerns I’m a bit puzzled at the fact that you keep calling me and asking for December‘s rent when I literally just finished paying November‘s rent the end of November due to the government shutdown I had asked what about December‘s rent when I spoke to Kimberly. I told her then that there is no way I would have December‘s rent at the beginning of the month when I was just getting caught up on November at the end of the month due to the shutdown. And the only thing she said to me was that they weren’t sure how that was gonna be handled. Now December comes in and you’re blowing up my phone Looking for me to come up with a whole $1840 a couple days later. Which makes absolutely no sense to me, and have the gall to go up on the rent $51…. ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️

Beware of moving to Lakeside At Arbor Place Apartments. Prior to my move in date, I paid an initial first month's rent as well as a deposit. I secured my move in date online and a week prior to that date, I was advised that my cabinets needed repair and it could take 30 to 45 days. I had no choice but to settle for a smaller apartment because I needed to move by the date originally specified. Not even two weeks after my lease term began, a bullet riddled through my bedroom as I was lying in bed! This bullet punctured not only the wall from the outside, but scraped the ceiling and was lodged into my bedroom closet. I could’ve died or been seriously injured from this incident alone. Just wanted to applaud the service I received this week for the washing machine. Andre and Quentin are always professional and handle my maintenance requests ASAP! I never have complaints for how they handle services needed in my apartment. Thanks again guys for a job well done!! Nick too!👏👏 👏

Quinton did a good job at installing my soap dish. He was very friendly and got time efficient. He even took the time out to come check on it item.Lakeside has been very time efficient as well as taking care of any issues that i have had in a timely matter. Great community.
