Honestly the place wouldn’t be a half bad place to live would it not be for the HORRIBLE HOA the HOA fees are raised every year doubled if not tripled for absolutely nothing !! Pool is filthy parking structures are on its last legs trash areas are raccoon harboring and filthy Mind you there is actual dog shit everywhere I would actually have no problem cleaning these things myself if I didn’t pay all most 600 damn dollars a month to a company that does nothing to fix anything but scam me and my neighbors!!! And good luck getting in contact with anyone who works here ! Unless it’s about you missing a payment you won’t be able to speak to anyone who works here ever !

I have lived here for less than a year and this place is hell. I have had my life threatened multiple times for asking people not to block my parking spot. No one will help me.

Horrible HOA FEES HAVE INCREASED FROM 190 when I purchased in 2007 to 340$ Maintenance is horrendous, pool area is always filthy and HOA are lazy
