Lakeshore Park Apartments

As an apartment this place is pretty great. Nice space, the people I live by are nice people. If there is a mechanical issue it's fixed right away. The only real gripe I have is that it's practically impossible to get a hold of the manager of the apartment and there are people who keep breaking into vehicles.

Don’t rent anything from this company. Even if they rent a depot, I would say the same thing. They are going to charge you even if you clean the apartment before you move out. Yes, that’s right. We spent two days cleaning the apartment and carpets, but they still kept our money. The management sucks. If you need help with anything, good luck. You’re going to call them, but it’s almost impossible to connect with the manager, Sarah. If you send emails, the same thing will happen. She will not answer or acknowledge your messages about your problem or moving-out situation. We ask her “what needs to be done before we move out, can you send a list?” Guess what?? no answer… Also your car is not gonna be safe in that parking lot, my car got scratched all the way from driver side and somebody broke

The new landlord, Sarah Schowen has to be the most UNPROFESSIONAL landlord I’ve ever met. Good luck getting in contact with her because she takes forever to reply over email and never has the time to talk over the phone. Sarah has no idea what she is doing as a landlord. I really enjoyed living at lakeshore and will miss my time there. However Sara should not be in charge.

Not only am I the Property Manager but I live here at Lakeshore Park Apartments. I can tell you that I would never rent something that I would not live at personally. This is by far the best community not only I have worked at but have also lived at. Right next to the Lake and I have the best neighbors in Alaska.

The new manager (Amanda) is amazing my concerns are heard and cared for. She really cares about the happiness of her tenants.
