Lakeland Tower

I just moved into Lakeland Towers and here’s a brief breakdown of how it’s been 1 The application process was free and very easy to do just a couple of questions and uploaded four paystub’s and I was done 2 The owner of the property responded to my application very quickly with information about available units and pricing 3 this is a second chance property so if you have any evictions, then they will work with you. Also, they have payment plans for rent, which make it easy for those with jobs or financial hardships. 4. On the day outside my lease it was a very seamless easy-going movie and day and I got my keys quickly. I was able to move in without incident and if there are any small minor issues, they fix them quickly and effortlessly Lastly, the on-site from office staff and maintenanc

Lakeland Tower has a very friendly, polite office staff/Maintenance Manager that genuinely care about the people that live there. I can honestly speak for the people that live in the building they are very grateful for an owner to finally come along, that is dedicated into wanting to improve/update the quality of the building.

This building has always been a nice building. I have been here for 11years and never had any major issues. Our bldg for the past 2 years has been mismanaged , neglected, squatters destroying property, and even through all that I stayed because it is a nice place to live. When I saw the bldg put up for sale I prayed and asked God to send someone who has a heart for His people and He did. I appreciate our new owner and he and his team is working hard day and night trying to fix what is wrong. They have some challenges facing them but I have confidence in them that they will put Lakeland Towers back on the map and give it back its beautiful reputation it once had. So if you are looking for a nice reasonable and affordable place to live Lakeland Towers is it.

The staffing office is very polite. The maintenance guy is real good. He knows what he's doing and he gave us a hand changing our light bulb knowing that was not in his detail. Thank you sir
