look, the other review was just a little too negative. it's not that bad to live here. it's quiet and peaceful. fees go to more than just grass and snow, but larger and expensive projects like roof replacements and re-paving sidewalks.
Horrible HOA, rumors of stealing funds. Also, fees pd but only cut grass and plow snow. Grass is brown and dont clean up leaves. Also, snow plows comes through late morning or early afternoon. Anyone going to work is on their own. Lots of issues.
