Lakeland Terrace Apartments

I absolutely love living here, its been a little over a year and I am still in love with my apartment. My Property Manager (Ms. Judith) is a phenomenal being, very authentic individual. From my first interaction with her I knew that Lakeland Terrace was where I "needed" to be, especially because I was new to the USA from the Caribbean. My kids and I needed all resemblance of the warmth and family-like environment we are accustomed to and indeed we found it here! The staff here are so kind-hearted, welcoming and supportive. They are all like family to me. They are so attentive and make me feel like I am the only tenant here all the time (LOL!) I wanna shout out to The top tier maintenance team Roosevelt (past maintenance) amazing hard working guy! Mohammed (present maintenance) super reli

despite it being no apartments available I was pleased by the welcoming I received. She was pleasant offered me a snack , and we had a nice conversation as well. You don’t always come across people like that I am so impressed

I want to take a moment to recognize the property manager Judith and maintenance staff here at Lakeland Terrace. They have been professional attentive and always wanted to go to extra mile to ensure I have been taken care of. The property is well maintained and it’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and it really shows and how smoothly everything runs here. I’m glad I picked this property to move to. I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for Judith and the maintenance team. They do an amazing job assisting with my needs and listening to my concerns. If K&D offered three bedroom apartments at Lakeland Terrace, I’d be a renter for life!
