My experience has been positive, at the beginning it was a bit rocky trying to get adjusted to a new place, different dynamics but, Office Staff and Management has been patient in explaining the differences and so forth. Maintenance Staff Nick is professional, kind and great at answering all questions asked. Love living here.

Cory and Nick do an exceptional job of keeping up the community with fast paced maintenance and attention to detail of all units. Makes safety a priority for everyone. Awesome job

For the most part some employees need to learn better customer service for all kinds of different people.. sometimes you see they did something about your complaints and other times you see nothing being done.. my biggest headache and fear is how many times they need access to your apartment within a month and my dog can't be in a kennel .. fear he my get out so I try to schedule my work week around the notes after note after note after note and sometimes they don't show.. but personally I absolutely love my apartment.. im the first tenant and it was my first apartment at age 58 .. and 10828 has my birthday in it

Lucia and the ladies in the office are EXCELLENT,! Warm, friendly, helpful, knowledable and kind!! The grounds guys I have met Chord and Nick and a couple of others, forgive me for not knowing your names are EXCELLENT, too. Thank you for being so helpful and kind to me and my Mother Gayle.
