The best apartment complex ever! Best managers, maintenance and facilities, nice flats and beautiful location with a great lake and many stores beside and good schools. Thank you!

We were flooded, and instead of helping, the apartment manager just waved us off - no action and no responsibility. The apartment is constantly damp and moldy, especially in the bathroom and by the windows. The smell is terrible, it is unpleasant and dangerous to live in such conditions. The neighbors upstairs are constantly hooting - you can hear them running and jumping. The child screams almost every night, and due to the lack of soundproofing, all this feels like it is happening in your room. The price is completely inadequate. For this kind of money, you can rent a normal apartment without these problems. I do not recommend it.

The office helps to solve any issues. It is a really good place for living. We have been living here for 1 year and very satisfied with management. If you will look for an apartment here ask for Yana, she is very nice and polite person and she will assist you through all the moving process.

I moved in September and really enjoy living at Lake Park. All neighbours are nice and the neighborhood is quiet here. A lot of stores are close by in walk in distance. The staff is always nice and helpful, they even help me to solve my personal questions. Totally recommend this place for living.
