Lake house apartments

The absolute worst place!! This is not a place to live in peace. Someone BREAK INTO your car? They HIRE security for two weeks then they DISAPPEAR. Security cameras do not work and they refuse to fix it. Have a issue in your apartment? Expect for the maintenance team to call you 8+ months after putting in the request to tell you "we're putting you at the top of the list" over and over to NEVER SHOW UP!! Wait, there's more!!! With all the parking spaces available, they refuse to make guest parking spaces. WHY? Well because they hire a tow company to pray your vehicles to be towed. The park areas are dirty and unsafe for children as parts are broken and never fixed. Rent keeps getting higher while the quality of living keeps getting lower. They have gates that were NEVER USED BECAUSE THE NEV

Moving in was a dream leasing staff was professional. They really tend to your needs my apartment wasn't ready to move in but as soon as I let the staff know the team was on it made sure I was comfortable they are reassuring me they will take care of my requests the maintenance team was wonderful took care of business I saw their vision they are a hard working team! Thank you I can call this place home! Keep up the good work team!
