Laguna Reserve Apartments

I've been a resident at Laguna Reserve for nearly three years. Noise disturbances from neighbors—including loud televisions and music—are common and frustrating. My car has been broken into three times...twice in one week. Rats and i mean rats and roaches are constant problem. In addition to the noise, the apartment units themselves are in need of repairs and ongoing maintenance. Issues like faulty plumbing and broken appliances have been persistent, with slow or inadequate responses from management. More concerning is the management's handling of resident complaints. I reported a situation involving a neighbor on the first floor of Building A who was behaving in a threatening and disrespectful manner. I stayed here for 6 years my apartment flooded a couple of times due to the tenants on the top floor. My window seals leaked into my living room with heavy rain which semi flooded my living room. No matter how much you bleach or clean the roaches were in the wall coming out of sockets and all. I’ve had to catch several mice in my apartment and had to get many traps from maintenance my A/C kept freezing also my mom’s car got broken into. I’ve seen a couple of shootings right in front of my door one where my car actually got shot 4 times. I even helped catch three men who were trying to rob cars in the apartment one night just to get a notice saying I couldn’t renew my lease and when I asked for an explanation I was told they didn’t have to give me one they just had to give me enough notice

I love my apartment when stuff needs to be done. They are always on it. The two front ladies in the office are very kind sweet and if you have any problem with paying your rent, just go up there and talk to them and they will help you I could not find a better apartment to live in. I’ll be here almost a year

Worse Apartments ever. Just moved in. Bugs are in the unit. It dose not look like no one cleaned after the last tenets. Then after doing a walk around the apartment I found the AC dose not work, the guest bathroom door dose not close, the front door seal is not on the bottom of the door which would allow bugs to come through. After informing the office of the matter I'm then told I have to wait another week before someone can come and over see the unit. They just took my money like everything was all good. On top of that I waited over a month for a unit after being lied to about were I would be placed in the apartments. Don't let these scum lords take your money and sell you dreams. This place nasty period. The pictures online are not for these apartments. You were warned ⚠️
