I’ve lived here for almost six months, and while I do enjoy my apartment itself, there is a major ongoing issue that has not been resolved. This community is advertised as a gated community, however the gate access for residents’ guests has not been fixed since I moved in. We are supposed to have a working code for guests to enter and exit, but it has never been functional. Management continues to give the same response that they are waiting on the company to fix it, but after almost six months this is unacceptable. Especially during cold weather, it is frustrating and inconvenient to repeatedly walk up and down the street to manually open the gate for guests. This impacts both convenience and safety.
