La Palma Apartments

This apartment is a great place to live. It is very quiet with no noise issues. The manager is excellent, friendly, and helpful. Most importantly, the location is perfect — it is close to everything, including the park, library, Safeway, and pharmacy. The area is calm, clean, and well maintained.

Good area to live,good manager and good maintenance, very clean, quiet place very close to San Tomas but inside of the department you can’t hear any noise.

The manager here made sure that the residents here live in harmony by being a professional manager and negotiator at the same time. No matter how minor or major the problem is, he made sure it will be fixed. His name is Mr. Jess Mendoza. The maintenance people are efficient too. They came quickly and fixed the plumbing issue in my unit, a decent and affordable 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. The only reason that we don't live here anymore was because, we relocated here in L.A. I recommend this apartment. Thank you.
