Alejandra was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the Oak View Ranch application process. She was patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. My situation was a little more complex than usual, but she never made me feel rushed or brushed off. Instead, she took her time to really understand my circumstances, answer my questions, and guide me through every step with care and grace. It’s not often that you come across someone who is both professional and genuinely compassionate, but Alejandra showed me both. She stayed with me until the very end and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s clear that she cares deeply about the people she works with, and I am truly grateful for her support.

I’ve lived here for years. Alejandra has been the manager for a couple years and she has been very attentive and responds quickly with maintenance requests and any other issues. She is always professional and very knowledgeable. She does a great job at keeping the property maintained considering the area.

Alejandra and her team are amazing! I’ve Been a resident of la mision for over 5 years. Prior to Alejandra communication with OM was not always great. Alejandra is great at communicating and is always helping with any issues.

I agree with most of these reviews, management seems to care more about towing but cares less about their tenants problems. They’re blaming us for not placing the trash in properly but don’t realize the homeless come in almost everyday. Camera are installed for basically no reason so they are useless against any break ins. We had our bike stolen years ago and they refused to check the cameras. Management here really has went downhill the last few years.

Lived here for 5+ years, management did not care about our safety or wellbeing. A homeless man pooped in front of my moms car and later keyed the side of it. When we reported it, no actions were taken and we had to get friends who were policemen involved. Maintenance requests went unanswered for months and they even blamed us for damage that was there when we moved in. You park in the wrong spot and your car is guaranteed towed. New handy man leaves the place a mess compared to the old one. There are security cameras that are useless against break ins and vandalism. Homeless people ripping through the dumpsters and the residents are blamed for not placing trash in the bin correctly. I do not recommend La Mission unless you truly need affordable living as a last resort.
