La Maisonnette

I usually never leave reviews for places but this definitely deserved one! I was thoroughly impressed with the resident manager, Janna Bridges for her warm personality and also professional take in providing me a tour of the apartment building. The housekeeper, Armando was also very nice and friendly! It's not everyday you come across good people with good service. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Staff at La Maisonnette Apartment is the best I could ask for! Especially staff member Janna!! She's always the first one there and always a smile on her face with a warm welcome. Definitely recommending this place. Thank you Janna!

Stayed here for awhile and Janna and Sam are great people. Our doggo Luna loves them. Privacy is a must and the location is perfect which is close to a lot of restraunts. Whenever there was a problem in the apartment, they fixed it right away. Gardening is kept up and glad to call our home.

This is the best apartment complex in Anchorage! The staff is friendly and engaged. While this is not the place to live if you want to "party like a rock star," it is the perfect place if you are looking for a quiet, safe community with respectful neighbors and above-average furnishings. The interior walls are wood panel. I would recommend this complex to military, professors, or students looking for a quality rental. If I ever live in Anchorage again I would definitely return to La Massonette Apartments!

I love La Maisonette Apartments. For the price range I was seeking, I was having a difficult time finding comparable apartments to where I am now. I really enjoy my apartment - I'm on the end, it's pretty quiet most of the time, I can have my cat, I have a beautiful fireplace, love having a balcony, love the carport and ample parking space, convenient location, and I have two bedrooms/two bath. I love my home and wouldn't change it for the world right now. With that said, I am less impressed with the lack of a vent for my kitchen. Any time I cook on my stove top, I have to open all windows and my balcony door AND have a fan blowing smoke out. And it will still be smoky as HELL. My fireplace pilot light goes out ALL. THE. TIME. At least once a day (some days 15+ times a day, no exagge
