My experience with KSEA has been extremely frustrating. They are unresponsive, slow to act on even basic maintenance issues, and often try to shift landlord responsibilities onto tenants. I’ve waited months for repairs and over a year for a simple sign request. Their lack of communication and accountability makes them one of the worst management companies I’ve dealt with. I would not recommend renting from or working with them.

Would give 0 stars if I could, apartment was inhabitable, still waiting to speak with my lawyer. “Utilities included” but the electricity barely worked my lights flickered like I was at a night club, heat did not work I had to buy a space heater for every room and the first 4 months my oven did not work and stove had to be lite with a lighter. Company does not answer the phone unless it’s for a rent payment and my stove took months to be fixed after having to call back numerous times. Company evicted me after refusing to pay for an inhabitable apartment, all I asked was to resolve the issues I had. Would not recommend to anyone!

truly awful customer service and communication. I paid a deposit early November for an apartment, it needed a few fixes (new counter top,locks, under the kitchen/bathroom sink was exposed, stove replacement) before my December 1st move in. by the 27th, nothing had been done and i had to continuously reach out to Kelvin (unsure of his job title) to get things done. by December 2nd I had annoyed Kelvin just enough that I was finally put in contact with Samuel the property manager who at first told me that I was asking too much of them and for them to change/fix anything they would first need me to sign my 1 year lease, but I had already been promised everything would be done for my initial move in date and so he seemingly budged and assured me that it'd be done within the next two days. two

Didnt even get to move in and they were giving us problems. They wanted us to move in with a broken stove. Everyday one of the service people would say it was replaced so everyday we go by to check it out, but it was still the same broken stove. I talked to the neighbors in the building and they say they are horrible with service and repairs they take weeks to get to you when need. Office never picks up the call. Even the workers that came by to work in the apartment were talking down on the property management. So i got my security deposit back asap. Didnt want to deal with that. Good luck to you if you rent from these people. SLUMLORDS!

SLUMLORDS! Won’t let me speak to who’s in charge. When I first moved in I was 7 months pregnant with a toddler, no heat or working stove for 3 weeks, Thanksgiving was freezing. No lights were working. (When I went for a showing it was daytime). Tub was clogged with subway wrappers. Someone or something urinates in the hallways. Animal feces. Wouldn’t clean the hallway until 4 months later when I reported them to the city. OH BEST PART. When I reported them they tried to evict me for holding rent for 15 days. No one answers the phone and when I had a complaint the fat chick at the front always had a smile on her face like something was funny about me living in unhealthy conditions.
