Paid $40,000 to stay at their property in houston. Charged me $521 for move out fees THEY couldn’t itemize. They placed this as a collection on my credit and now I cannot rent. You corporations are nasty and disgusting.

I’ve been living at Beckley Apartments in Houston for 5 years now and management does a poor job here. The pool has been green for 2 months now and the trash compactor is not getting swapped out. It’s been over a month and the maintenance guys have to move trash every single day to the other trash bins. Then over the weekend it piles up! Gates are broken constantly and not being fixed right away. And nobody cares that we are experiencing vehicle break ins again. Knightvest! Do better! Don’t treat us like we are bothering you with our complaints! WE PAY YOU!

This place is impossible to contact. No messages returned. Properties they have are in disarray and no way to communicate to anyone in charge. For the record, Seagrove in Conroe is a disaster and needs to replace all of it's employees.

I was told by Ashmore Apartments that Knightvest would be sending a refund check that should have arrived on 10/30/23 it is now 11/7/23 and I haven’t received anything. They won’t return my calls or answer their phone I feel like somewhere down the pipe line I’ve been lied to and I won’t just lay down and take it.
