We just had out refinance closing yesterday. Daycare ended up being closed and we had to reschedule our closing the night before. The team was very accommodating in moving our scheduled time so it didn't interrupt our kids' nap schedule. At the closing the notary (Laura) was exceptional!! She brought in toys for our kids and helped entertain/distract them so we could sign all of the paperwork. We were so grateful for her kindness, patience, and understanding!
