I don’t know where to begin. So much being overcharged, lied to and tasks on the home not completed. Holes in cabinets where they don’t belong and filled. Chips in new bathtub never fixed. The most concerning issue having windows switched out from an agreed upon acceptable brand to a sub par brand, Silver Line. Excavation and grading was not okay and would have led to drainage issues affecting the structure and integrity of the home. The builder told us it was a “ landscaping”issue. Not his problem. Over 50 deck holes not plugged. Had another builder complete tasks not done and fix issues like the bedroom floor felt like it’s sinking. Well it was never screwed and glued down.
