Adrian Manor Apartments

Modern spacious nice apartments that most have balconies. All the apartments at Adrian Manor have free heat so you stay nice and warm during those cold nights and days. Nice place to live. Neighbors are all very friendly and courteous

I had a good experience at Adrian Manor. I lived in the top floor 2-bedroom apartment for 10 months. The balcony was great, the size of the apartment was perfect, and the complex is quiet. The office always quickly responded to my emails, and were very helpful. I also appreciated that they're pet-friendly with reasonable fees, don't require a large security deposit, provide extra storage space in the basement, have a washer and dryer in each building, and offer month-to-month leases.

I had a review typed out and it was unnecessarily long I guess lol so now I have to restart. Great place to live. I haven't had a single issue that wasn't immediately relieved by a quick and genuine response from Cathy in the office here. Door frame needs fixed/insulated and door straightened? She immediately called to say they'd be here the following day. Stove was a bit old? She said she'd see about getting a new one. Saw a couple bugs here and there? Nothing crazy or anything but she looked at getting an exterminator maybe just to be safe if need be. She'll message and call even on days off despite me expecting to just get a response in the next workday. Everyone on staff here especially Cathy has been so great and polite. Really starting to feel like home already.

Great area, clean apartments. Just all around good place

Just wanted to shout out to the maintenance man that work here! I had a leak in my bathroom on my ceiling and they came in that day to fix it! Which included cutting a nice piece of the wall of the ceiling out. They fixed the leak and withing a few hours drywalled my ceiling back and also fixed my drian without asking. They are extremely sweet and fast working. So thank you! & My landlord also always responds to me quickly and answers all my questions ! Great little place to stay.
