Marcia Randall is doing a wonderful job for us, dealing with a difficult tenant who has been behind in rent payments and bouncing checks. I highly recommend her as a property manager. Jessica Kerr, the office manager, is very kind, professional, and responds quickly to emails. Overall, a great team!

If we weren't grandfathered into Marcia Randall we would not be renting from her as tenants. Manages properties but yet nothing on the property gets done and it's "not her problem." Then what is her job then other that to make sure rent is paid? We're looking to buy a house and definitely won't be recommending her just for the fact it's her.

Marsha Randall 28 years of experience try to scam me show me falsify documents of a lease, she try to make me sign away my legal tenent rights of michigan to the house im renting she came in battling and refusing me from reading the lease, once i deny from signing the lease she bash out, harass and threaten me and my best friend that was helping me speak for myself because i had a speech issue from me getting injure at work, the lady at the front desk was asking me & my best friend personal questions that was none of her business and was also being rude. I have been discriminated, harass, and retaliated against me. I would like to receive proper handling, understanding, and someone that is very professional they are also refusing that to me as well.

Marcia is one of the most rude lady’s I’ve ever met in my entire life from the moment i talked to her she was absolutely terrible I would highly recommend never renting from the company
