Raising rent to an unrealistic price in an area where wages do not match, and giving people one month to come up with those unrealistic prices is crazy. You're forcing families to relocate and uproot their lives in the name of profit and all of you in management should be ashamed of yourself.

Don't live there but when I applied the leasing rep Megan was the most unprofessional individual I've seen during my home hunting. When told I had no children she stated thank god and told me I'd be carrying my partner weight for the rest of my life.

Worst experience not only did I have things taken out of my apartment (my daughters purse, my son's wallet) when I called the office Megan told me to look outside around the pine trees or against the fence line because that's where they end up so if I'm the only one with a key and you guys makes no sense! Then rent goes up when you don't continue signing the lease for yearly.. I moved in with black mold and moved out with black mold my dad is a former landlord of 26 years so of course we take pictures moving in and out and I get a letter stating they have to replace the carpet hmmmm I got lots of pictures!!

These used to be great apartments. Unfortunately it has turned into something terrible. Like a bully with authority. The front office has done nothing but make us feel like we won’t have a place to live and have made sure we feel uncomfortable every step of the way. When asked about lease violations we are met with the same $.02 answer of “just doing my job.” The apartments are falling apart. Appliances are ancient. They say these apartments come with a dishwasher. That’s almost false, they are so old it can’t even clean itself when it’s empty. Electrical is questionable. The apartment almost caught fire the first week we were here twice. Once because the 30 year old stove decide to weld my pan while I was cooking. Now the hot surface light stays on no matter what. If I could give 0 stars I would. The office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The amount of times I’ve had management come into my apartment in the last year of living here for “routine inspection” is absolutely ridiculous. I have an autistic child and I put up an extra lock on my door (IT DID NOT PREVENT MANAGEMENT FROM ENTERING) it was to prevent my son from running out of the house when he has behaviors for his safety, well they made me take that down because it’s a “safety concern” well what about the safety of my child??? I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT recommend Sand Creek Apartments to ANYONE.
