Kinway Apartments

Spacious apartments. Terrible parking. No one respects handicap parking. A lot of double parking. Quiet neighborhood at night. Sewer smell is a reality here. Management is decent although they haven’t found an effective way to stop handicap parking. Maintenance is responsive. A lot of speeding through the parking lots and nasty garbage disposal areas. Rent went up from 805 to 833 in one year and is about to go up again.

Even though they're pretty good apartments is still a little pricey for my taste

0/10. Constant maintenance issues that are constantly put off and ignored. Like the leaking bubble in my ceiling. Update: The only thing at this point good about the place is the convenient spot to downtown and 41. Other than that, awful. Had to literally put up a camera because their cameras apparently don’t “reach” the parked cars so I wasn’t able to catch the person who slashed my tire. Twice. Had someone run up on me one morning when I went to leave for work. They tried to get into my car. Endless issues with maintenance stuff, and most recently, what looks to be mold growing in my ceiling. The water leaked in and once it was drained they peeled back the paint and stuff so they could speckle and paint it, and I asked what the black stuff was growing. “Mildew” is the answer I got, and

I loved this apartment. (I moved home during the pandemic when I lost my income) It was the first time in my life that I was living on my own. This apartment has space, light, and the cheapest utility bills I've EVER paid. The staff is so wonderful and responsive. The maintenance is right there even on weekends. I had my dish washer overflow on a sunday and it was fixed and cleaned within the hour. The floors arent carpet which makes cleaning a breeze. The bathroom is tile and is actually room sized rather than closet sized. Same goes for the kitchen. There was more storage space than I could fill. They let me paint the walls too. It was the best apartment and I would absolutely love there again.

After Kiersten Galloway office staff have become more condescending. I wont not recommend anyone. Tenants are breaking the rules placed by the Apts. Staff wont resolve the issue. People are driving fast with kids around. Living across the street from liquor store. My neighbors car got hit by a drunk driver while it was parked. Dog have been see walking without leases. Seen a little boy get chased by a pitbull during the day. People doing drugs will leave blunts on the stairs. I had to stop my toddler from putting it in her mouth. If you want to be here. Be prepared for drama.
