Typical bait and switch by landmark. They showed my son one unit and leased him an ADA without disclosing the differences. At no point during the process did they disclose they were putting him in an ADA unit. When asked to resolve issue Landmark insisted this was his fault and therefore would need to stay in the unit. Would not recommend renting from Landmark.
Love this building. Granite tops, painted trim, soft close cabinets, nice common area and a fitness center.
Well-managed. Lovely units, great location. Only drawback is the adjacent construction.
