Kingston Corners Apartments

This is a medium-sized apartment building that was opened in June of 2016 and is managed by Goldleaf developments. It has modern apartments with underground parking (with a possible waiting list), balconies or patios, granite countertops, washer and dryer units, and up-to-date appliances. The apartments are quiet; I rarely hear my neighbors. It does have some light city noise from facing busy Campus Drive, but this is an advantage for me. The units receive swift maintenance by Goldleaf if needed, who also have been doing a great job with landscaping and upkeep for the building in general.
