Kingsbury Towers

I can't believe these apartments are housing residents. There are many safety hazards. Starting with outside. There's armed officers outside so that's a major red flag. The building smells nasty. There's many broken glass windows inside the building. How is this place passing inspection to house residents responsibly and safely? Then the outside is like 1 big hangout. The ONLY reason I was over there is because I was with my daughter because I know how unsafe that area is. The city of Trenton and the State needs to do better for its residents. I will be contacting the proper folks about this issue. The people residing there deserve better! And if there's people who can't live there like a normal person then GET RID OF THEM!! Make the place clean and safe for those who deserve it!

Live there for 6 years, but had to move out, because out of no where, new management took over, and they sent me a letter that I owe them 10,00.00, I told them are you crazy, if I owe that much, why didn't the old property manager evicted me. They just wanted to get rid of tenants to make room for the people from the low rise apartments, because they were going to knock down the low-rise. But thanks to my Lord, I went to Trent Center and told them my situation and right away I was given a beautiful unit. God didn't abandoned me, now I'm so happy...even the manager over here couldn't believe that I owe ten thousand dollars and they left me living all that time, she told me there something wrong there.

This place needs to be shut down and repaired all over again one big hazard my lil brother stays there been there for 15 +yrs. Management rude and don't care very dirty it's an call for help can't wait for my brother to move.. NO ONE SHOULD STAY HERE

Lived here for five years, management has been overall out of order, and very poor handled. broken elevators, rodents, new workers contiously, they never know anything. never providing the right information, THEY GOT MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM.LOANS ETC AND FIXED NOTHING. DID NOTHING FOR THE 2 BUILDINGS. BUT FIRED THE PEOPLE WHO WERE ACTUALLY MAKING SOME CHANGES HERE. Never fixing the problem professionally or in a timely manner, nobody on maintenance is certified for the things they are assigned to work most of them anyway.. its a mess. its under new management as of 2022 so hopefully kingbury residents will start to see some changes.

I was very displeased how the room look..I realized that the building is old what's going on with the maintenance of this building..i feel that it could be a nice place to have any kind a family gathering ..once they repair there community room they would have more of there people from the community to rent out the room😔😔😔 just my opinion 🙄
