King's Grant Court Apartments

I absolutely love this place I got an apartment here and everybody is very welcoming if you're 55 or older this is the place to live

Smoking pot in the apartments it's awful and the building has gone down dirty 😭 lived here not even one year yet I'm most disappointed ☹️

Very rude and unprofessional maintenance man. I have filed a complaint with excel property management who is in charge of these employees. They clearly don't know how to talk or treat the public or the residents. Excel should be ashamed of themselves to employee such unprofessional people.

So grateful to live in such a wonderful place, and the management is awesome!

My aunt just recently move here. She says it’s ok so far.
