I agree with the others. I've been calling for 2 weeks and leaving messages for "Kristine" and haven't even received a call back. Isn't that your job- to work with people to get them apartments? If you don't have availability then at least have the decency to return the call and say that. People are stressing about not having a place to live- do better.
Ive never seen or rented one of these apartments because the company will not even call/email me back to view it. I can't even get their attention as a prospective renter, what does that say?
I called the leasing office and she was very rude and unprofessional and keep shouting in the phone, I’ve never seen something as rude as this
I’ve been trying to call and leave messages through the website for about 2 weeks now. I have yet to get anything back
