Customer Reviews
My father lives here does my mother this year will be 2years and u gave no complaints we love king place clubhouse activities the manager super nice were excited for thanksgiving dinner the manager makes for us each year
my mother moved in here 3 months ago and everything always kept nice the manager really friendly its a nice quite place for seniors
I like living here and how the complex is layed out. There is no irrigation for the grass or landscaping so everything gets really dry and cracked during the hot summer months. The sidewalks shift and crack and so do the buildings foundations and the bricking. Usually several domestic water line breaks during summer from the ground shifting. We waste a lot of water since it takes forever to get any hotwater from the boiler to the sinks and shower faucets. I walked in the office one day and the water was running in the kitchen sink and the manager was in her office. I asked why the water was running and she replied she was trying to get some hot water. Didn’t make any sense since the domestic hotwater heater is in the same building as the office. Just another example of waste at the tenants
My mother lived there until she passed away in 2007. Every time I visited her, things looked worse. She fell on a sidewalk crack that I had reported several times. BIG potholes in parking lot/roadway. Unless it's been refurbished in the last 18 years, I would NOT recommend it.
The apartment was nice and newly remolded. The tenants were nice and looked after each other. It has a little bit of rough element outside of the grounds. The plumbing backed up in the shower weekly. Very common with most of the residents in the complex. But the worst part was that at the end of my 6 month lease I moved my father into a nursing home. So we paid the 6 months, then gave the notice and paid for the 7th month. I gave a 30 day notice and moved out 7 days early on the 7th month. I was told by management that everything was good. Then I get a bill that said I moved out on the 3rd of the 8th month but I had moved out the 23rd of the 7th month, and the following bills were added. ------------------------------------------------- $1.49 Building and Facilities Fee $50.00 lat
